Good News  Ministries

Good News early morning service will be at 9 a.m. Jan. 29. At 10:30 a.m they will be traveling to Dothan, Ala. for their annual Men’s Day Conferences. The public is welcome to fellowship with us.



New Ebenezer Baptist Church

The church and its pastor, Jerome Jones, sponsor “The Four Gospel Writers” benefit program for Deacon Daniel Tatum Sr. ,who is undergoing radiation treatments in Albany, at 5 p.m. Jan. 28 featuring the Rev. Jerome Jones, the Rev. Carl Munns, the Rev. Glenn Bryant and the Rev. Travis Rush. Also featured is Anointed Praise of Tuskegee, Ala. (Henry and Susie Smith).



Pleasant Grove Baptist Church

The public is invited to attend a gospel sing at 6 p.m. January 29.  The featured singers will be Jeff and Eva Freeman. The church is located on Highway 280 East between Americus and Leslie. Please come and join us for a night of fellowship, worship, and praise. For more information, call 928-3575.



Christians for Change Ministry

The public is invited to our third Sunday evening fellowship service (Black History Celebration) at 6 p.m. Feb. 19. Guest speaker is Pastor Robert Taylor and Turkey Creek Baptist Church family of Dooly County. Let us come and make a joyful noise unto the Lord.

• 7:30 p.m. Feb. 7 — special guest Pastor C. Mekinstry, Old Corinth Baptist Church.

Greater Cedar Spring Baptist Church

The Progressive Ushers’ Union will host their fifth Sunday ushers’ union program at 11 a.. January 29. The host pastor, Minister A.D. Brown will deliver the message.

Antioch Baptist Church

The ordination service of Brother Willie E. Walker will be held at 3 p.m. January 22. Ordination speaker will be Rev. Eugene Hall, pastor of the Jackson Baptist Church. We are asking all deacons to please come be a part of this service. The press will meeting 30 minutes prior to service time.

Antioch Missionary Baptist Church

Revival services will be held at 7 p.m. nightly Jan. 31-Feb. 2. The Rev. Charles Carr, pastor of Jerusalem, Smithville will bring the message. The public is invited to attend. On Feb. 5 Sunday School begins at 8 a.m. followed by 9 a.m.. Everyone is invited.
