Homecoming will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 21 with Rev. Howard Scott as speaker. Lunch follows the service, and Glorybound of Cordele will provide special music after lunch. There’s no evening service.

Big Bethel Baptist Church
The church will be celebrating their Pastors first anniversary for Pastor Stephen Collier. The celebration will begin nightly at 7: 30 p.m. Tuesday Oct. 23 will feature Rev. Calvin James of St. John Baptist Church. Wednesday will feature Rev. Jesse Watts, of New Zion, Shady Grove and New Piney Grove and Thursday will feature Rev. James Thomas, Friendship Baptist. We will climax at 11 a.m. Sunday October 28 with Rev. Dr. Kenneth Miller of Albany. Everyone is invited.
Zion Hope Baptist Church
The church will celebrate Mission and Usher anniversary the 3rd Sunday Oct. 21. The celebration starts at 3 p.m. The speaker will be Kim Merritt of Spring Creek Baptist Church . The speaker for the ushers will be Rosemary Jones of New Beulah Baptist. Rev. W.R. campbell will bring the message. The public are invited to attend.

The church will present a Gospel Singing at 5 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012 in observence of the 9th Pastoral appreciation for Rev. Michael B. Edge. Featured on program Doris Sims and the Spiritual Singers, The Chosen Ones, Dexter Davis, First Salem Baptist Church Choir, Evangelist Angela and Ishmael McKinstry, Freddie Mann, Jr. and William Grove Baptist Church Mass Choir. Linda Merrell will serve as the Mistress of Ceremony. The public is invited to "come out and sing praises unto his holy name." Evangelist Vernita Sampson is the program chairperson and Rev.
