Campbell Chapel AME Church

“Harvest Sunday” will be observed at 4 p.m. Sunday November 11. Guest speaker will be Rev. Dr. John Willams, pastor of Mountain Creek AME Church and Mahalia Chapel AME Church in Buena Vista.



World Church Ministries

The church, located at 907 N. Jackson St. will have its 8th church anniversary and pastor’s appreciation at 7 p.m. Friday Nov. 9. The speaker will be pastor George Frank Monts of Zion Hope Baptist Church. It will climax at 11 a.m. Sunday November 11. The speaker will be Minister Jennifer Dawson of Warner Robins. United Holiness Church

The church will host our 2012 Founders' Week Observance on Wednesday, November 14, and Friday, November 16 through Sunday, November 18, 2012. Service starts on Wednesday and Friday night at 7:30 p.m.; 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sunday at 901 Aaron Snipes Sr. Drive. For more information call (229) 924-5539.



Old Corinth Missionary Baptist Church

The church choir will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a banquet at 6 p.m. November 3 in the Magnolia Room at Magnolia Manor. Guest speaker will be Lillie Ann Harris Evans of Marietta, formerly of Americus. Tickets are on sale for the occasion. Corinth Holy Bible Church

The church family will celebrate Pastor Jimmy Loud’s 15th anniversary at 7:30 p.m. Thursday Nov. 1 and Friday Nov. 2 and at 2 p.m. Sunday Nov. 4. Dinner will be served. The public is invited.



Ellaville



Ellaville United Methodist Church

The annual barbecue and yard sale is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Rent your yard sale space now for $10; furnish your own tables which must be set up by 8 a.m. All items should be appropriate to sell at the church. There will be a bake sale inside the church. St. Paul AME Church

The church will be celebrating their 22nd anniversary at 11 a.m. Sunday November 11 along with regular service. We sincerely hop that you will join us for this occasion. Dinner will be served following the service.

Spring Creek Baptist Church

The church choir will be celebrating their annual choir anniversary Sunday Nov. 4 along with regular services beginning at 10 a.m. with Sunday School. All are invited.

Greater New Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church

Tuesday Night Live will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 6. Speaker of the hour is Pastor Frederick Murray.



Lebanon Baptist Church

In celebration of our 20th anniversary, the pastor support ministry will host a gospel singing program at 5 p.m. Sunday November 18. We request your participation at this glorious event. The pastor and members of the church invite you to our 128th anniversary celebration at 11:15 a.m. Nov. 4. We invite you to come help us lift up the name of Jesus songs, prayers and preaching, We look forward to you sharing in this celebration with us.



Smithville

New Hope AME Church

A Pre-Thanksgiving program will be held at 3 p.m. Nov. 11. Speakers will speak on the ingredients in baking a cake. Speakers are Carolyn Ford, Jean King, Shannon Gordon, Canyon Frederick, Carolyn Wilson, Kendra Huff, Mary Ann Holloway, Shirley Walton, Dot McCray, Bernice Brown, Debra Clemons, Tierra Floyd and Mamie Gay.



Green Grove Baptist Church

The church will be celebrating their 140th anniversary and the 40th pastor appreciation on Nov. 2 and Nov. 4. The Rev. Stokes and the Mt. Able Baptist Church will be in charge of services at 7 p.m. Friday Nov. 2. At 11 a.m. Sunday Nov. 4, Rev. Jones and New Ebenezer Baptist Church will be in charge of the services. The colors are red, black and white. Dinner will be served. Everyone is cordially invited to attend.
