Shipp Chapel Baptist Church

Precept Bible Study
An in-depth study on the gospel of John begins March 4. Three class times are offered: 10 a.m. Monday at Central Baptist in Americus; 7 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Americus, and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ellaville United Methodist, Ellaville. Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church
The women of the church host a fellowship luncheon at 11 a.,. Saturday at the church at 132 Bumphead Road.
At 4 p.m. Feb. 16, Little Mr. and Miss Allen Chapel will be crowned.
At 3 p.m. Feb. 17, the church hosts the annual Women’s Day Celebration featuring Sister Rosemery Jones as guest speaker.

Campbell Chapel A.M.E. Church
The 154th church anniversary is observed at 4 p.m. Sunday at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church. 132 Bumphead Road. Guest speaker is Bishop Preston Warren Williams III, presiding prelate of the 6th Episcopal District of the A.M.E. Church.
At Gospel Extravaganza is at 5 p.m. Saturday at Good News Ministries on Mayo Street. Admission is $5 per person. The public is invited.
Christians for Change Ministry
Family and Friends Revival is at 7:30 p.m. Monday-Wednesday. Monday features Pastor Larry Sims and Union Tabernacle Baptist Church; Tuesday, Apostle Izell Williams and New Direction Christian Church, and Wednesday, Pastor Larry Taylor of Inspiration Church by Faith. Everyone is invited.
