AMERICUS — Americus Police and Americus Fire and Emergency Services reports were received but due to late breaking news were not placed for publication. They will be placed in Friday's edition.

Arrests

• John D. Walton, 26, of 621 East Jefferson Street, Americus is charged with probation violation and was jailed.

• Tony Eden, 35, of 118 South Bailey Street, Leslie is charged with child molestation and was jailed.

• James W. Harris, 50, of 258 Forrest Park, Americus is charged with a bench warrant and was jailed.

• Sherryl Arnett, 49, of 111-B Bush Circle, Americus is charged with probation violation and was jailed.

Incidents

• A suspicious vehicle was reported on Stage Coach Road.

• Deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Burma Road.

• Animal cruelty was reported on Hooks Mill Road.

• Domestic Disturbances were reported on Ga. Highway 27 East, U.S. Highway 280 West, and West Rockhill Drive.

• A road blockage was reported on Pecan Road.

• Deputies recovered bicycles on Sullivan Drive.

• Burglary was reported on Leslie Lamar Road.

• A lawnmower was reported stolen on U.S. Highway 19 North.
