• Dominique M. Thomas , 21, of 107 Knollwood Drive Apt A1, Americus is charged with reckless conduct and was jailed.

• Jeffrey K. Jonhson, 17, of 640 Georgia Avenue, Americus is charged with criminal attempt to commit a felony and was jailed.

• Steven B. Joiner, 27, of 41 Croxton Road, Montezuma is charged with possession of cocaine, operating a vehicle without valid decal, altered tag and possession of marijuana and was jailed.

• Jaquis J. Jones, 22, of 443 Bone Road, Americus is charged with probation violation and was jailed.

• Tyrone Robinson, 31, of 166 Grover Drive, Americus is charged with burglary and was jailed.

• Courtney D. Sims, 19, of 123 Buford Road, Americus is charged with criminal attempt to commit a felony and was jailed.

• Sharvin C. Sims, 22, of 805 N. Lee St., Americus is charged with probation violation and was jailed.

• Lee Smith, 28, of 1025 Westside Drive, Americus is charged with criminal attempt to commit a felony and was jailed.

• Anthony L. Stephens, 27, of 42-C Brinson Drive, Americus is charged with illegal possession of controlled substance and was jailed.

• Firefighters assisted EMS on four calls.

• Firefighters responded to a natural gas leak was on Pecan Terrace.

• A controlled burn was reported on Tallent Store Road.

• Loren R. Devane, 31, of 161 Moore Road, Americus is charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to obey stop sign and was released on bond.

• Deneisha A. Gantt, 31, of 120 Belinda Circle, Americus is charged with fraudulently obtaining controlled substance, illegal possession of controlled substance and forgery and was jailed.

• Brianna L. McGarrah, 24, of 166-B Lakeview Circle, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct and was released on summons to appear in court and was jailed.

• Jonathan C. Barfield, 26, of 516 Tallent Store Road, Americus is charged with battery and was jailed.

• Garry Jordan, 44, of 416 Winn St., Americus is charged with failure to pay child support and was jailed.

• Shannesha Q. Reynolds, 18, of 153-A Lakeview Circle, Americus is charged with criminal trespass and was jailed.

• Charles R. Wiley, 26, of 33 Lakeview Drive, Fort Gaines is charged with theft by taking and was jailed.

• An alarm activation was reported on Sylvan Drive.

• Theft was reported on Henry Hart Road.

• Un authorized distribution of a controlled substance, forgery and illegal possession of a controlled substance was reported at Walgreens on East Forsyth Street.
