• Firefighters assisted EMS on Southerfield Road, Wheatley Street, Hawkins Street and Lonnie Lane.

• A rubbish fire was reported on Bozeman Circle.

• Michael R. Wilson, 26, of 320 Brady Road, Americus is charged with public intoxication, and was released on bond.

• Corey V. Hollis, 35, of Americus is charged with driving while unlicensed, expired registration and no proof of insurance and was released on summons to appear in court.



Incidents

• Theft was reported on Crawford Street and Lester Street.

• Entering an auto and criminal trespass were reported Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

• Burglary was reported on Matthews Drive.

• Criminal trespass was reported on Fulton Street.

• Aggravated assault and cruelty to children were reported on Westside Drive.

• A gas drive-off was reported on East Lamar Street.

• Jeremy A. Converse, 21, of 247 Ga. Highway 49 South, Americus is charged with possession of marijuana, and was jailed.

• Christopher M. Dewitt, 22, of 247 Ga. Highway 49 South, Americus is charged with possession of marijuana, and was jailed.

• Allison K. Fugitt, 21, of 537 Jackson Ave., Americus is charged with DUI and failure to obey a stop sign, and was released on bond.

• David King, 21, of 1308 2nd Montgomery St., Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.

• Cordarieus R. McCoy, 19, of 411-B Crawley St., Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.

• Cynthia M. McCray, 32, of 1026 Westside Drive Lot 24, Americus is charged with cruelty to children and aggravated assault, and was jailed.

• Alicia L. Pope, 24, of 208 Horton Drive, Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.

• Jermaine B. Upshaw, 29, of Albany is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.
