• Firefighters assisted EMS on Industrial Boulevard, Crawford Street, Georgia Southwestern State University Drive, Ga. Highway 30 West, Tabby Lane, Davenport Street, Cherokee Street, South Lee Street, U.S. Highway 280 West, Sheffield Street and Habitat Street.

• Firefighters responded to a medical emergency on West Lamar Street.

• Firefighters investigated a gas odor on North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Arrests

• Joshua G. Beck, 28, of 245 Dowdy Road, Americus is charged with making threats of violence against a person, and was jailed.

• Hunter C. Garrett, 18, of Dacula is charged with underage consumption/possession of alcohol, and was released on summons to appear in court.

• Raymond Jackson, 52, of 102 Tom Hall Circle, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on summons to appear in court.

• Josephine Smith, 52, of 309 Winn St., Americus is charged with driving without a license and DUI, and was jailed.

• Felisha D. Thomas, 21, of Meigs is charged with open container, and was released on summons to appear in court.

• Travon X. Jones, 21, of 225 Horton Drive, Americus is charged with headlight requirements, instruction permits, provisional license and temporary licenses, carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a pistol without a license, DUI, no license plate and no proof of insurance, and was jailed.

• Jacob T. Richards, 17, of 526 Grantham St., Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on summons to appear in court.

• Michael Roby, 18, of 135 Tulip Drive, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on summons to appear in court.

• Entering auto was reported on East Lamar Street and South Lee Street.

• Theft by taking was reported on East Forsyth Street.

• Forgery was reported North Lee Street.

• Burglaries were reported on Henrietta Street and Lonnie Lane.

• A hit and run traffic accident was reported on Prince Street.

• Drug activity was reported on Hosanna Circle.

• Theft by taking was reported on East Lamar Street.

• Criminal tresspassing was reported on Lorraine Avenue.

• An unruly juvenile was reported on Burton Circle.

• A domestic problem was reported on Willis Street.

• Criminal damage to property was reported on West Church Street.

• Criminal trespass was reported on Brookdale Drive and Reese Street.

• Simple Battery was reported on Armory Drive.

• Disorderly conduct was reported on Lowe Street.

Arrests

• Simon Smith, 43, of 205 Johnson St., Andersonville is charged with speeding, DUI and driving on a suspended license, and was jailed.

• Kenneth Hodges, 47, of Jonesboro is charged with speeding, open container and DUI, and was jailed.

• Paul C. Brown, 48, of 131 Finn St., Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.

• Hamil F. Shelton, 24, of 112 Lexington Circle, Lot 27, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on summons to appear in court.

• Benjamin F. Clark, 35, of 134 Pecan Terrace, Americus is charged with theft by conversion, and was released on bond.

• Brandy Pace, 32, of 435 Ed Stephens Road, Cobb is charged with theft by taking, and was released on bond.

• Domestic disturbances were reported on Cartwright Road, Ginger Drive, Forest Park, Ron Circle, Starlight Circle, Memorial Mile, U.S. Highway 280 East and U.S. Highway 280 West.

• Thefts were reported on Bagley Street, McMath Mill Road, Middle River Road and Sam Rogers Road.

• Loud music was reported on Cartwright Road.

• Threats were reported on Lexington Circle.

• Deputies responded to alarms at residences on Dowdy Road and Ga. Highway 27 East.

• A road blockage was reported on U.S. Highway 280 East.

• Suspicious persons were reported on U.S. Highway 19 South and Ga. Highway 308.

• Criminal damage to property was reported on Talent Store Road.

• Deputies assisted motorists on Ga. Highway 30 North and Salter’s Mill Road.

• Deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Waymon Street.

• Deputies investigated a 911 hang-up on Middle River Road.

• Criminal tresspassing was reported on Ga. Highway 195 South.

• Deputies performed a welfare check on Lasco Harvey Road.

• Deputies responded to an animal control call on Buttercup Lane.
