charged with probation violation and was jailed.

• Virginia R. Bruce, 31, of 611 N. Mayo St., Americus is charged with

theft by shoplifting and was jailed.

• Randy A. Cole, 19, of 101 Country Club, Americus is charged with

possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and was jailed.

• Paul Dixon, 19, of 207 Forestside Circle, Americus is charged with

aggravated battery and was released on bond.

• A juvenile was charged with curfew violation, unruly juvenile and truancy.

• Melissa M. Little, 31, of 216 Fox Hill Drive, Oglethorpe is charged

with probation violation and was released with fine paid.

• Daniel C. Ash, 50, of 236 Buchanon Road, Plains is charged with

probation violation and was jailed.
