• John Edward Baldwin, 59, of 1574 Lake Doris Road, Preston is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.

• Adrian Beall, 27, of Lumpkin is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle, and was jailed.

• Alex Bince, 26, of 140 Lonnie Lane, Americus  was charged with contempt, and was jailed.

• Reginal Caldwell, 22, of 726 N. Jackson St., Americus is charged for obstruction, and was jailed.

• William Curtis Crumbley, 48, of 126 Pecan Terrace, Americus is charged for unlawful use of 911 call, and was jailed.

• Edward Leon Dice, 23, of 145 Hosanna Circle, Americus is charged with probation violation and was jailed.

• Virginia Faye Durham, 40, of 335 King Drive, Plains us charged with DUI, driving while license is suspended and tail light violation and was released on bond.

• Troy Exum, 43, of 1066 Ga. Highway 118 East, Smithville is charged with impeding the flow of traffic, DUI, open container, and was jailed.

• Quantavious Marquis Hill, 20, of 429 Forrest St., Americus is charged with probation violation, driving while unlicensed, failure to maintain insurance, removal of affixed license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent, seat belt violation and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and was jailed.

• Dustin Cameron Hodges, 23, of Old Stage Coach  Road, Andersonville was charged with giving false name, address, and birth date to law enforcement officer, and was jailed.

• Jimmy Huddleston, 49, homeless, was charged for burglary and criminal trespass, and was jailed.

• Eddie Charles Johnson, 56, of 145-A Swisher Road, Americus is charged with open container, and was jailed.

• Dawan Lequint Mann, 20, of 206 E.  Rockhill Drive, Americus is charged with obstruction and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and was jailed.

• Cordarieus Reshon McCoy, 20, of 411-B Crawley St., Americus is charged with reckless driving, driving while license is suspended or revoked, obstruction, reckless conduct and probation violation, and was jailed.

• Timmy G. Pitts, 51, of 207 Barber Battle way, Americus was charged with DUI and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and was jailed.

• John Purvis, 39, of 710 Sunny Dale Circle, Americus is charged with probation violation, nonpayment of child support, and simple battery, and was jailed.

• Richard John Rice, 41, of Leesburg is charged with DUI, and was bonded out.

• Erica Renea Thomas, 22, of 133-B Cherokee St., Americus is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, crossing state-county lines with intent to conceal or misrepresent, possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain insurance, and was jailed.

• Joseph Scott Whitaker, 26, of 287 Newt Bailey Road, Americus was arrested on a bench warrant, and was jailed.
