Arrests

• Shawn E. Robinson, 19, of 706 Gail St., Americus is charged with affray,  and was jailed.

• Quantavis D. Sims, 19, of 415 Poplar St., Americus is charged with obstructing or hindering law enforcement and theft, and was jailed.

• Kevin D. Stone, 23, of 313 Hosanna Circle, Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.

• Charles W. Streeter, 42, of 1104 Oglethorpe Ave., Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was jailed.

• Jeremy Boone, 23, of 507 Bumphead Road, Americus is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass, and was jailed.

• Johntavian A. Lawson, 17, of 122 Lakeridge Drive Extension, Americus is charged with battery, and was released on bond.

• Robert L. Lockhart, 53, of 160 Lane Subdivision Road, Americus is charged with theft by shoplifting and obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers, and was jailed.

• Amelia M. Monts, 29, of 701 Douglas Drive, Americus is charged with simple battery, simple battery against police officer/law enforcement dog/corrections or detention officer and willful obstructing of law enforcement officers by use of threats or violence and obstructing of hindering law enforcement officers, and was jailed.

• Travarius L. Nicey, 23, of 101-A Woodland Ave., Americus is charged with contempt of state court and probation violation, and was jailed.

• Deontrey M. Parker, 17, of 304 E. Jefferson St., Americus is charged with battery, and was released on bond.

• Simple battery was reported on Hosanna Circle.

• Theft by taking and criminal trespass were reported on West Church Street where a laptop computer was reported taken.
