• Kenneth P. Hightower, 22, of 301 Peachtree St., Americus is charged

with theft by receiving stolen property and was jailed.

Jarmarchus J. Williams, 22, of 1003 West Side Drive, Americus is

charged with theft by receiving stolen property and was jailed.

• Manuel A. Bautista-Solis, 19, of 204 Lexington Circle, Americus is

charged with seat belt violation, driving while unlicensed and simple

battery and was jailed.

• Ira W. Goodwin, 38, of 299 Newpoint Church Road, Plains is charged

with DUI and was released on bond.

• James W. Harris, 53, of 99 Bozeman Circle, Americus is charged with

open container, DUI and passing in no passing zone and was jailed.

• Arael C. Martinez, 40, of 201 Sunvalley Drive, Americus is charged

with falsifying I.D., reckless driving, failure to maintain lane,

laying drag, failure to obey stop sign, DUI and driving while

unlicensed and was jailed.

• Joel T. Portillo, 41, of 436 S. Lee St., Americus is charged with

battery and was jailed.

• Kenadria Roberts, 27, of 1425 North Lee St., Americus is charged

with probation violation and was released with fine paid.

• Afrannee J. Smothers, 17, 106 Bronco Drive, Americus is charged with

possesssion of marijuana and was jailed.

• Rolando G. Velasquez, 38, of 201 Sunvalley Drive, Americus is

charged with falsifying I.D. and was jailed.

• Burglary was reported on Knollwood Drive where clothes and a TV were taken.

• Theft by shoplifting was reported at Kangaroo Express on Martin

Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

• Entering an auto with intent to commit theft or a felony and

criminal damage to property on Brinson Drive where a CD player was

taken.

• Theft by shoplifting was reported at Dollar General on Adderton Street.

• Theft by taking was reported on Eastview Drive where cell phones were taken.

• Theft by shoplifting was reported at Harvey's on Prince Street.

• Criminal trespassing was reported on Martin Luther King Jr.

Boulevard and Horton Drive.

• Hit and run was reported on May Court and South Lee Street.

• Entering an auto was reported on Harris Street where a GPS was taken.

• Forgery was reported on Southerfield Road.

• Simple battery was reported on Waitsman Drive.

• Criminal trespassing was reported on South Lee Street.

• An unruly juvenile was reported on Elliot Street.

• Battery was reported on South Lee Street.

• Disorderly conduct was reported on North Lee Street and Tom Hall Circle.

• Disorderly condcut was reported on South Jackson Street.

• Burglary was reported on Dudley Street where clothes and a

television were takent

with DUI and was released on bond.

• Clevelander T. Sheffield, 37, of 117 Pecan Terrace, Americus is

charged with battery and cruelty to children and was jailed.

• Andrea M. Thompson, 38, of 848-A Felder St., Americus is charged

with probation violation.

• Ronnie Smith Jr., 34, of  1034 Elm Ave., Americus is charged with

probation violation and was jailed.

• Jimmy L. Calloway, 26, of 196 Arlington Drive Ext., Americus is

charged with terroristic threats and acts and simple battery and was

released on bond.

• Timmie L. Hollis, 37, of 240 Forst Park Road, Americus is charged

with failure to appear in court and was jailed.

• Willie B. Homes, 63, of 122 Rainbow Terrace, Americus is charged

with disorderly conduct and was released on summons to appear in

court.

• A fight was reported on Ga. Highway 308.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported on Sunset Park, Ga. Highway 49 N

• A deer accident was reported on U.S. Highway 280 E and at Ga.

Highway 195 and Lamar Road.

• Domestic disturbance was reported on Ed Stephens Road, Lane Store

Road, Daisy Drive, U.S. Highway 280 E. Forrest Park Row and Rainbow

Terrace.

• Loud music was reported at McMath Mill and U.S. Highway 280 and on

South Village Drive, Ga. Highway 30 W

• Criminal trespass was reported on West Rock Hille Drive.

• A suspicious person was reported at Lawhorn Circle and McMath Mill Road.

• A suicide threat was reported on Carter Fish Pond Road.

• Theft was reported on Mill Street.
