• Edward L. Jarrell, 25, of 1105 B  Olgethorpe Ave., Americus is charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers, battery and criminal trespass, and was jailed.

• Alonzo K. Lewis, 35, of 916 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Lot 16/39, Americus is charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI, and was released on bond.

• Jillian C. Robinson, 26, of 103-K Knollwood Drive, Americus is charged with theft by shoplifting, and was jailed.

• Quontavis D. Sims, 19, of 415 Poplar St., Americus is charged with theft by shoplifting (third offense) and criminal trespass, and was jailed.

• Alexis N. Thompson, 25, of theft by shoplifting (second offense), criminal trespass and probation violation, and was jailed.

• A juvenile was charged with entering auto on Barnum Drive.

• Samuel J. Miller Jr., 48, of 542 S. Hampton St., Americus is charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers.
