• Kolvin T. Holt, 23, of 110 Knollwood Drive, Apartment 2F, Americus is charged with assault and battery and was released on summons to appear in court.
• Martha Robinson, 51, of 711 Felder St., Americus is charged with aggravated assault and was jailed.
• Arturo Garcia, 35, of 286 Cartwright Road, Americus is charged with theft by taking and was released on summons to appear in court.

• Tecory J. Thrasher, 18, of the Sumter County Youth Detention Center is charged with obstruction/hindering a law enforcement officer and was jailed.
• Claudia L. Walters, 41, of 105 Glory Court, Americus is charged with possession with intent to distribute and was jailed.
• James T. Wright, 20, of the Sumter County Youth Detention Center is charged with indecent exposure and was released back to the YDC.
