• Jeremy Baldwin, 26, of 611 Railroad St., Americus is charged with DUI.

• DeMarion D. Angry, 21, of 102 Eastview Apts., Americus is charged with possession of marijuana.

• Johnny D. Levertte, 35, of 111 Oakridge Drive, Americus is charged with  aggravated assault.

• Damian Walton, 20, of 1404 Madison St., Americus is charged with burglary.

• Entering an auto was reported on Tanner Street where an iPod was taken.

• Forgery was reported at Sonic on East Lamar Street.

• Theft by taking was reported on Oglethorpe Avenue where a 39-gallon bag of aluminum cans was taken.

• Aggravated assault was reported on Tom Hall Circle.

• Simple battery and criminal trespass were reported on Bozeman Circle.

• Harassing phone calls were reported on Knollwood Drive.

• Theft of lost or mislaid property was reported on Harvey Lane.

• Theft by taking and deposit account fraud were reported on North Lee Street.

• Forgery was reported on West Jefferson Street.

• Entering an auto was reported on Varsity Drive where a purse, cash and medications were taken.

• Burglary was reported on Rees Street where a washer, dryer and several oil paintings were taken.

• Hit and run was reported on South Lee Street.

• Theft by taking was reported on Harrold Avenue.
