• Marvin E. Davis sold 20 acres in Sumter County to Charles A. McCray for $46,000.
• Edward W. Shattles sold property at 212 Lorraine Ave. to Mark B. Hubbard for $75,000.
• Allan L. Purthill sold property at 1120 Harrold Ave. to Karen J. Smith for $145,000.
• HSBC Mortgage Services Inc. sold property at 163 Roy Circle to Jena Hitchcock for $89,000.
• Ophelia H. Howell, by and through Elizabeth Lowe, executrix, deeded property in Andersonville to Elizabeth Lowe.
• Regions Bank sbm Union Planters sold property at 1109 Washington St. to Federal National Mortgage Association for $71,494.
• Jamal H. Ali sold property at 1109 Washington St, to Region sbm United Planters for $71,494 as First Transferee Foreclosure.
