• Firefighters assisted EMS on Cherokee Street, Fairfield Avenue, South Hampton Street, Angus Drive and Magnolia Court.

Arrest

• Josey Clarence, 82, of 720 N. Lee St., Americus is charged with aggravated assault and probation violation, and was jailed.



Incidents

• Hit and run/leaving the scene of an accident was reported on Adderton Street.

• Illegal dumping was reported on Tom Hall Circle.

• Criminal tresspass was reported on Douglas Circle.

• Theft by conversion was reported on East Lamar Street.

• Aggravated assault was reported at Magnolia Village.

Arrests

• Rikell D. Burke, 33, of Vienna is charged with simple battery, criminal tresspass and cruelty to children, and was jailed.

• Joseph D. Crocker, 47, of Fort Valley is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.

• Santos R. Delos, 24, of Sunvalley Drive, Americus is charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended, canceled or revoked license and DUI, and was jailed.

• Keelan V. Pope, 28, of 509 Mayo St., Americus is charged with criminal tresspass, and was jailed.

• Johnny B. Robinson, 31, of 63-B Masonic St., Americus is charged with contempt, and was jailed.

• Joseph White, 35, of 626 Cowpen Road, Plains is charged with contempt, and was jailed.
