ELLAVILLE — Ashley Lambert began her new job has administrative assistant for the Ellaville/Schley County Chamber of Commerce on Aug. 17.
She is a lifelong resident of Schley County. She and her husband Harley have a four-year-old daughter, Paige, who attends pre-K at Schley County Elementary School. “This position will allow me to do one of my favorite things, work with the community I grew up in,” Lambert said.
Lambert graduated from Schley County High School in 2003. She obtained a business and office technology diploma from South Georgia Technical College in Americus in 2007. She iis Work Ready Certified with a bronze rating.
“Ashley has extensive experience in working with business and industry in our area,” said John T. Greene, Chamber president. “She will be a great asset to our community,” he added.
Lambert reminds everyone that Central Bank of Georgia has upgraded the chamber office by donating new furniture, carpet and a complete kitchenette. Plan to visit the new chamber office on East Oglethorpe Sreet or call Ashley at 937-2262 for more information.
