• Henry L. Crisp deeded property in Sumter County to Betsy L. Crisp as a gift.

• Henry L. Lusane sold property in Sumter County to Dorothea L. McKenzie for $26,000.

• Cimmio Properties LLC sold property at 606 S. Jackson St. to Linda B. Randall for $100,000.

• Carvel H. Carson sold property at 329 Mercer Drive to Donna Bryant for $256,000.

• Pravinbhai M. Patel sold property at 540 Tripp St. to Pathika S. Patel for $229,776.
