AMERICUS — Inscape Design Studio Inc. announces that Mary K. Lafevers is now a Certified Bath Designer. Lafevers took her exam in Atlanta on March 15; now with three months past, Inscape has just learned she aced the exam with flying colors. Lafevers and her team at Inscape are proud to add this to their list of accomplishments.
Lafevers has been a Certified Kitchen Designer under the auspices of the National Kitchen and Bath Association since 1996. With her 32 years of industry experience and client references, this new bench mark completes the requirements for earning her recognition as a Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer (CMKBD).
NKBA certification is based on examinations and extensive industry experience. These designers are also required to complete annual continuing education courses each year.
A Certified Bath Designer is specialized with skills to create the design of a functional and aesthetically pleasing bath.
“Kitchens and bathrooms are the most vital rooms in a home. It is important that these spaces should be safe, comfortable and beautiful, in addition to reflecting the homeowner’s individual style,” explains Lafevers.
Market research has proven that kitchen and baths can be the most expensive areas to construct or renovate in your home; however, they will ensure the greatest return on your investment. Lafevers suggests that working with a certified designer will help create the right design for your home that showcases the integrity and functionality of your space.
