AMERICUS — The following real estate transactions have recently been filed with the Clerk of Superior and State Court’s office in Sumter County.

• Calvin H. Parker sold 0.021 acres on Phil Jones Road to George W. and Terry L. Bundrick for $10,000.

• Joe L. Grissom sold 5 acres in Sumter County to Pineknoll Pecan Properties, LLC, for $17,500.

• M. Lamar Prker sold 82.07 acres in Land District 28 land lot 295 to Robert and Jennifer Moore for $225,000.

• Monica L. Lambert, formerly known as Monica Lynn Whigham, sold property at 1015 Harrold Ave., Americus to Debra S. and Michael J. Donnelly for $77,000.

• Gregory Lance Dampier sold property at 157 Pheasant Drive to Paul A. and Jeni R. Carson for $125,000.

• Jake Saia, a/k/a Gayton Jake Saia, sold property at 104 Upper River Road to Stephen K. and Carrie C. Heath for $132,250.

• Leawanda K. Thompson sold property at 909 S. Lee St., Americus to Alice P. Stapleton for $105,800.

• The estate of James Frank Kirkland, a/k/a J. Frank Kirkland, deeded property at 228 Taylor St., Americus to Venetta M. Kirkland.

• The Federal Loan Mortgage Corp. sold property at 1304 N. Mayo St., Americus to Rhonda Greene Washington for $33,000.

• Beverly Brown deeded property at 205 Barbara Battle Way, Americus to New Horizons Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sumter County, in lieu of foreclosure.

• Mattie Smith deeded property at 102 Glory Court, Americus to New Horizons Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sumter County, in lieu of foreclosure.

• Chase Home Finance, LLC, sold property at 106 Oakcrest Drive to the Secretary of Urban Housing and Development, c/o Pemco Limited, for $76,803, in a government/nonprofit public corporation transfer.

• Robert Westbrooks sold property at 106 Oakcrest Drive to Chase Home Finance, LLC, for $76,803, in a first transfer foreclosure.

• Jennifer A. Wright sold 1.21 acres at 495 Bumphead Road to Consumer Relations REO, LLC, for $198,386 in a first transfer foreclosure.

• Mary Ann S. Hamilton, as trustee for the Mary Ann Stevens Hamilton Trust, transferred property in Sumter County to Pineknoll Pecan Properties, LLC, in an individual-to-company transfer.
