BUTLER — Authorities have charged a Talbot County man with concealing the death of a 20-year-old who was found dumped in a trash bin.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says 35-year-old Eric Riley was arrested Monday night at his home in Box Springs. Riley also is charged with tampering with evidence in the death of LeShon Douglas Jr. of Snellville in metro Atlanta, who body was found last week.

Investigators learned Riley knew Douglas and had contact with him the previous weekend.

Rodney Wall, special agent in charge of the GBI office in Columbus, says an autopsy by the GBI Medical Examiner's Office has not determined the cause of death. Toxicology results are pending.

Riley is being held at the Taylor County Jail.
