AMERICUS — Circle your calendars because Paula Deen is coming back to South Georgia and tickets are still available.
The Boy's and Girl's Club of Sumter County hosts celebrity chef and Albany native Paula Deen, as the featured speaker for the 11th Annual Steak and Stake Banquet at 6 p.m. June 23 in the Success Center on the campus of Georgia Southwestern State University. This annual event helps raise funds for the youth in Sumter County.
Tickets for the steak dinner and the program are $75 each, and tickets for just the program are $25 each. Tickets are available at the Boy's and Girl's Club Office at 103 Hosanna Circle, Americus and at Russ Childers' Office at 629 E. Forsyth St.
