PUB 280 owner arrested for DUI
Charles E. Merriwether, 61, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla. is charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane after being arrested around 2:52 a.m. June 20.
He was later released on bond. Arresting officer was Michael Middleton of the APD.
