• Firefighters responded to calls for medical assistance on Hanson Drive, Fieldstone Drive, Lamar Road, Cherokee Street, South Georgia Tech Parkway, Church Street and Bozeman Circle.

• Adrian J. Hicks, 25, of 105-G Magnolia Village, Americus is charged with simple battery, and was released on bond.
• Vanessa Lashanda Thompson, 23, of 140 Lonnie Lane, Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.
• Tony R. Reese, 23, of Atlanta is charged with disorderly conduct, and was jailed.
• Zacharie B. Brown, 21 of 213 Horne St., Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was jailed.
• Derrick Edwards, 20, of Memphis, Tenn., is charged with disorderly conduct, and was jailed.
• Christopher M. Rawls, 24, 800 GSW Drive, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was jailed.
Incidents
• Entering an auto was reported on Gail Street.
• Theft by taking was reported on Patterson Street, Hosanna Circle, Highway 280 West and Eastview Apartments.
• Criminal trespass and loud and unnecessary noise was reported on Cherokee Street.
• Hit and run, leaving the scene of a accident was reported on Windsor Avenue.

Arrests
• Kristin D. Evans, 27, of 818 Douglas Drive, Americus is charged with battery and cruelty to children, and was released on bond.
• Grant E. Joyner, 25, of Gulf Breeze, Fla., is charged with DUI/glue, aerosol, toxic vapor, failure to maintain lane, driving while unlicensed, hit and run and failure to stop and render aid, and was jailed.
• Marcus D. Leverett, 22, of 416-A Ellaville St., Andersonville is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.
• Meagan D. Pitts, 18, of 129 Dogwood Hills Road, Americus is charged with obstruction of an officer, and was released on bond.
• James E. Seay, 40, of 208 Maple Drive, Americus is charged with expired tag, and was released on bond.
• Willie Westbrook, 33, of Perry is charged with deposit account fraud, and was released on bond.
Incidents
• Domestic disturbances were reported on Loop Road and U.S. Highway 280 East.
• Traffic accidents were reported on Railroad Street, Ga. Highway 49 and Learning Lane.
• Attempted burglary reported on Luke Street.
• A missing person was reported on Tulip Drive.
