• Alphonso Rutherford deeded property located at 479 Middle River Road to Ray Rutherford as an estate deed.
• Central Bank of Georgia sold property located at 301 E. Dodson St. to Gary Underwood for $12,000
• Jones Hill sold property located in Sumter County to William A. Rouse for $365,400.
• Larry Jones Jr. sold property located in Sumter County to WIlliam Rouse for $365,400.
• Rebecca Law sold property located at 102 Cornelia Lane to Andrea Hart for $102,000.
