• Sumter Bank and Trust sold property at 143 Sylvan Drive, Sumter County to Stan R. Steiner for $32,000.
• Johnny G. Womack Jr. sold property at 141-A Phil Jones Road, Sumter County to Suzanne T. Anderson for $225,000.
• Tony Morris sold property at 213 Sun Valley Drive, Americus to Geraldine Ferguson for $82,900.
• James R. and Sue Moncus sold property at 241 Fairway Circle, Americus to Ann-Hue Tu for $159,000.
