SGTC Phi Beta Lambda students capture seven first place finishes in District Competition
Twenty South Georgia Technical College (SGTC) Phi Beta Lambda students from both the Americus campus and the Crisp County Center campus competed recently in the Phi Beta Lambda South District Competition at Middle Georgia State College in Macon and earned the right to advance to the state competition in Atlanta.

George Windham selected Perry Wellness Center (PWC) for his internship with South Georgia Technical College (SGTC). The 21-year-old possesses attributes that are sure to direct him into a leadership world in his career as an Environmental Horticulturist.

Southland hosts Lower School Speech Contest
Southland Academy hosted its first Lower School Speech Contest for grades 3-5 on March 12 in the Academic Center of the Deriso Building. Thirteen talented finalists were in the competition: Maddie Crisp, Hannah Adkins, Kayla Hudgins, Ryleigh Bell, Brookland Weaver, Hannah Adkins, Elizabeth Law, Emma Griffin, Katie Rogers, Parker Reeves, Nathan Duke and Rylan Youngdale.
