ELLAVILLE — Schley County Elementary School all students in second through fifth grades participate in the Accelerated Math (AM) program. Each nine-week grading period the children strive to reach a specified AM goal and those who achieve this target are rewarded with various treats.
Over 200 Schley County Elementary School students met their AM goal for the second nine weeks and were rewarded by being guests at a teacher talent show with acts such as “Sister Act,” “Poetry Slam,” “Taylor Not-So-Swift,” “Wildcat Women's Comedy Tour” and “Thriller.”
