Studying weather

PRESTON — First-grade students in Tiffany Hagerson’s class at Webster County Schools have been studying weather and seasons in science. Derrica Holmes, a Georgia Southwestern State University student teacher, has been teaching them about the seasons and the weather associated with each. One activity the students participated in this week was to find pictures to show and describe one of the four seasons. Shown here, from left, are Desirae Cooper, Daimen Beier, Cornel Coleman and Pierre Alridge, showing off their work.
