AMERICUS —
Sad news for our country
listening to thre news that Friday morning as they reported the shooting in connecticut. My heart was filled with sorrow and sadness. As my wife and I hear more details of the killing of women and children, she begain to cry thinking about those children that died. We hear of the bravery of some that gave their lives so some could escape. I can not conceive how a man can kill the innocent. We have always put women and children first when it comes to their safety. Even when ships are sinking, they get in the lifeboats first.
Our hearts are heavy and we ask why, and we remember God’s word which says when we depart from Him we loose HIs hedge of protection. (Isa. 5:5-7) You ask how have we departed from God. In the 60’s prayer was taken out our schools. In the 70’s abortion was made legal. Now many states have already legalized gay marriage and in Americus it has become legal to serve alcohol on Sunday. Just another step away from God.
These things would not have happened if God’s people had been following Him. We have said as the tribe of Juda said in Jeremiah 44: 16-17. As for the word that thou hast spoken into us in the name of the Lord, we will not hearken unto thee. But we wil certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouht. In Ezekeil 18: 30-32 God speaks to Isreal, repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so inquity shall not be your ruin. He goes on to say, “wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.
Are we waiting for something terrible to happened in Sumter, County like happened in Connecticut? May God give His people a ear to hear so we wil go to our knees before Him and pray for a change of heart amd a healing of our nation.

Rejected wisdom, accepted foolishness
The President, and many of his Conrad's say the job of the government, and the white house, is not to legislate morality, very true. I have also heard ofmany others persons in high positions, who are in agrees withthat statement. But, in their acceptance of Immorality, throughout his administration, along with his full support of it, the word legislate, is only enforced against Morality, not the immoral acts of homosexuality, or, the murder of babies, or Satan's same sex reunions, or sex before marriage,. The moral laws are rejected by the president, and his supporters. The entertainment world in a whole, has rejected morality, and have accepted Immorality. They support sex before marriage, and, having babies out of wedlock, also sex between the same sex. Psalms 14:1 say, the fool has said in their hearts, there is no God. Proverbs 1:7 say, Fools despises wisdom, Solomon also say in Proverbs 14:9 that fools laughter at sin, 14:3 say in the mouth of the foolish, is a rod of pride, and pride goes before the destruction, of a person. This President, and his administration, along with the majority of the news media, and the entertainment world, and the majority of our congress, and legislators are laughing st sin, and God. Hip hop, rap artists have rapped in the white house, singing the songs of fools, too a group of foolish people who enjoys it. Listen to Solomon in Ecclesiastes 7:5 It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than to hear the songs of (Fools) (9) say don't rush to get angry, because anger, motivates fools. Christians we are in the world, but we don't accept the wickedness, nor the evils of the world. God gives wisdom. And Solomon said, that wisdom is to high for a fool. Are you a fool? are you at war with life, and truth? do you believe Jehovah is the author of the Bible? Do you believe you can reach God without going through Jesus? Do you believe there is no hell, or lake of fire? Proverbs 11:15 say, A fool is right in their on eyes. Jesus is waiting to make you wise, ask for forgiveness of your sins, and ask Jesus to your Savior, he is waiting. Shalom.
