AMERICUS — Letter to the Editor confusing
The “Your Opinion” letter Friday, Aug. 20 from Mitzi Davis, made me ponder and wonder. When a clerk is nice and smiles at me, I try my best to go back to the same place. Why Ms. Davis told that lady, “I won’t be back” really bothers me and it makes me sad. I try to be nice and I smile a lot, hoping that it will brighten someone’s day. Maybe Ms. Davis misunderstood that clerk’s intentions. At least give her another chance.
