Your Opinion-James L. Wiggins

We are living in some troubled times, when people start getting on TV and telling viewers that our Savior was a gay man. Everyone needs to start praying for all these people so we can get forgiveness. Christ was born and was the only person who ever lived without sin. He shed his blood so that we could all get forgiveness for our sins. Some people try to change the Bible so their lifestyle will be all right, but you can’t change God’s word. There is nothing in the Bible that in any way suggests such a remark.

We all need to get on our knees and pray. There is no greater feeling that “getting on your knees and begging” for forgiveness and guidance. If you don’t believe me, try it. I hope while you are preparing this for publication, you will say a prayer: I hope everyone who reads this to let’s stop and pray and ask for guidance for our country. We should all do more praying for our soldiers and veterans of all wars. Look what they have been through so that we, at home, can live and do as we do.

We all need to read our Bibles more, not just read it, study it. It is one of the greatest books of instruction there is. Please read Leviticus 18: 22; “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.”

I hope that everybody will do this, not for me, but for themselves, too. God is on His throne. He has been there since the beginning and He will be there when we are gone.

May God bless you and keep you.
