• First State Bank sold property at 170 Labrador Trail to Beverly Huffins for $208,000.

• C.E. Dickerson sold property at 707 Kings Way to X.E. Bridge for $65,000.

• Cookie C. Peacock sold 6.5 acres to Dorita Dennis for $33,700.

• Rick Lorrick sold property in Sumter County to Carl C. Kirchendorferer for $285,535.

• Jack D. Garrett Construction Co. LLC sold property at 119 N. Point Circle to Wiley Anderson for $22,500.

• Donnie G. Dew sold property on Ga. Highway 49 South to Eric E. Megahee for $70,000.
