AMERICUS — The following real estate transactions were recently recorded at the Sumter County Courthouse.

• Wells Fargo Bank sold property at 202 Pincrest Drive to Federal National Mortgage Association for $10 as a first transferee foreclosure.

• Bennett Williams deeded property in Sumter County to the Bennett Williams irrevocable trust as a gift.

• Glenn Pickle sold property at 570 and 582 Tallent Store Road to William T. Alexis for $10.
