AMERICUS — The following real estate transactions were recently recorded at the Sumter County Courthouse.

• James A. Poole sold property at 226 Edgewood Drive to Russell Hill for $151,000.

• James C. Gatewood sold property at 408 Pecan Drive to Arnold G. Richardson for $117,000.

• Wesson D. Gaston deeded property at 220 Ga. Highway 30 West to James M. Gaston.

• James M. Gaston deeded 2.03 acres in Sumter County to Wesson D. Gaston as an estate deed.

• James M. Gaston Jr. deeded property at 2.05 acres in Sumter County to James M. Gaston III as an estate deed.

• Mike Sutton Inc. deeded 4.1 acres in Sumter County to Brickyard Plantation as a gift.

• LaTonya Turner sold property at 836 McMath Mill Road sold property to Green Tree Servicing as a first transferee foreclosure.
