• Julia R. Strickland sold property at 125 E. Hill St., Americus to Garrett T. Faircloth for $37,000.

• Samuel R. Smith Jr. sold property at 2456 Ga. Highway 30 West to Joseph W. Welch for $146,900.

• Ronnie L. Singleton sold property at 213 E. Allen St. to Kenneth E. Huddleston for $35,500.

• Robert Belanger sold property at 121 W. Allen St. to Kimberly P. Ward for $21,000.

• Richard R. Wells sold property in Sumter County to McLeod Farms, LLC for $466,818.

• Joshua D. Daubenmire sold property at 238 Memorial Drive to Brody W. Scott for $124,900.

• Flora G. Undercofler deeded property at 159 Upper River Road to Dale K. Undercofler as an estate deed.

• David Adams deeded property at 5.8 acres in Sumter County to Worth Mortgage Co. in lieu of foreclosure.

• Russell Martin Realty deeded 17.49 acres in Sumter County to Laurence W. Marston.
