AMERICUS — The following real estate transactions were recently recorded at the Sumter County Courthouse.



• Chris Cavender sold property in Sumter County to Gary Houston for $1200.

• Strange Family Holdings sold 276 acres in Sumter County to LNBC—Strange LLC for $503,700.

• VNA of Cordele Inc. sold property at 102 Mayo Street to SAS Office Plaza for $111,500.

• Rebecca E. Mann deeded property at 124 E. Entrekin Lane to Charles H. Mann as a gift.

• Mitchell Matthes deeded 5.99 acres in Sumter County to JWIC Inc in lieu of foreclosure.

• Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development sold property at 137 E. College Street to Ohio Investments for $43,976.
