FPD 42, Southland 30
The Lady Raiders’ shooting woes continued Tuesday, going 10-for-55 (18 percent) in a 42-30 loss at FPD.
Caroline Clark led Southland (1-2) with eight points and eight rebounds. Sara Cathryn Parker and Mollie McGowan each had seven.

“I don’t know what else we can do,” said coach Gina Cochran. “We have shooting drills every practice, and we emulate game situations. Now if we don’t get out of the slump, it’s starting to become a mental thing. We just have to push forward and try to stay positive and hope we get out of it.”
