Johanna and Cole Smith of Atlanta announce the birth of their son, Decio Tyner Smith, born on Oct. 2, 2017,  at Emory Midtown Hospital in Atlanta. Grandparents are Pam and Herschel Smith III of Americus and Tina and Dr John DeCotis of Fayetteville, Ga.
