Third arrest made in shooting that took life of 5-year-old Peyton Brielle Robert and 19-year-old Jotavis Roshon Leverette

Farley Arthur Watts III of Americus Georgia was arrested on March 7 in connection with the shooting that killed Peyton Brielle Robert. He is 17 years old, and faces felony murder charges, aggravated assault charges, and charges of theft by receiving stolen property. The arrest was first reported on by WALB.
Ny’Tavion Smith, facing felony murder charges and aggravated assault charges, and Ricky Martin, facing two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault charges and aggravated battery charges, were previously arrested in connection with the incident.
