The Sumter Area Ministerial Association (SAMA) hosted its 25th annual National Day of Prayer service on Thursday, May 1st, 2025.
The Sumter County and Americus community were invited to join us in praying for our City and County, our Military and Law Enforcement, our Families, Youth and Children, our School System, Educators & Administrators, our Church Congregations and Pastors, our Poor and Disenfranchised.
We are so grateful to our community partners, who made this day possible. A special thank you to Our City of Americus Mayor Pro Tem, the Honorable Darryl Dowdell, for the City & County Proclamation of the National Day of Prayer.
