Video of an intense encounter between a New York City Uber driver and a member of the NYPD is getting lots of attention after being posted online. Recorded by a passenger, Officer Patrick Cherry gives the driver a tongue lashing that lasted for several minutes and includes xenophobic language after the driver honked at the officer for not using his blinker. The video soon went viral, prompting an investigation by the Civilian Complaint Review Board.
