The Jimmy Carter NHS Education Program recently conducted a post card contest  – Fluttering through Plains. Over 250 students at Southland Academy participated. The top three contestants in each class were submitted to Jimmy Carter NHS Education Program for judging. William Webb, shown here, a K-5 student in Robin Brock’s class, won second place overall in the whole contest.There were around 8,000 students who participated in the contest.
