Sumter County Middle School celebrated its February Student of the Month Breakfast recently. Approximately 25 students and their parents and guardians were invited to the ceremony in which a full breakfast was served. Pam Sanders, assistant principal, greeted parents and students and discussed upcoming events as well as the Georgia Milestones. Each child was honored with a certificate, and the positive comments from their nominating teachers were read aloud by Greg Aplin.
