Mr. and Mrs. Phil Eley of White Plains announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessye Leigh Eley, to Thomas Wise Peña of Plains, Ga., son of Servando Peña Jr. of Houston, Texas, and Debra Adams of Plains, Ga.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Phil and Jan Eley of White Plains. She is the granddaughter of the late David and Grace Holcomb of White Plains and the late J.W. and Dorothy Eley of White Plains.
The future groom is the grandson of Servando Sr. and Vicenta Peña of Navasota, Texas, and Martha Wise of the late Luther E. Wise of Plains, Ga.
The wedding is planned for May 7 at White Plains Baptist Church.
