Innovative Senior Solutions Transportation recognized

AMERICUS — Innovative Senior Solutions (ISS) Transportation Department was recognized by, Garrett Henry, Transportation Manager with Logisticare June 28 at the Hilton Garden Inn. ISS transportation service achieved the “On-Time Performance” award at the second quarterly Logisticare providers meeting. ISS was noted for being complaint free. In addition, ISS transportation had no late pickups and topped the chart in the 96.9 percent in quality service, as well as staying in compliance with meeting all requirements and regulations of Logisticare.
Johnny Hawkins, director of Transportation stated, “We live by the motto ‘teamwork makes the dream work every time.’ This accomplishment was a group effort from every person in the transportation department meeting the expectations required by the Logisticare provider. Our objective is to deliver stellar customer service by being professional, punctual, safe and reliable at all times with each rider. Our goal is to give each person we transport an awesome and pleasant experience with Innovative Senior Solutions Transportation service.”
ISS honored the Transportation Department with a luncheon in honor of their achievements along with a bonus for their exceptional performance. Those honored include David Watts, LeTrena Williams, Quandrell Walton, Cleo Huett, Dennis Hamilton, Rose Morris, Willie Mumphrey, and William Fulghum (drivers), Arthur Wright, driver supervisor and Johnny Hawkins, director of Transportation.
Hawkins said, “We will continue being consistent in our delivery of customer satisfaction. This will be done by establishing solid relationships and maintain a great reputation in the communities we serve.”
