ATLANTA — More than 900 students of Georgia State University’s Perimeter College graduated with associate’s degrees in December 2016.
Hank Huckaby, the outgoing chancellor of the University System of Georgia, served as speaker for the commencement, which marked the university’s final graduation ceremony held at the Georgia Dome.
Local students receiving their degrees were Zoya Hasnain of Americus, bachelor’s in journalism; Roderick Morgan of Americus, associate’s general studies.
