• Booker T. Edwards, 40, of Albany is charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked, and was released on bond.
• Stephanie T. Filomino, 28, of 60-A Cedar Court, Ellaville is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.
• Delia D. Franks, 29, of 3390 Ga. Highway 195 North, Andersonville is charged with fourth-degree forgery, misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property, and felony first-degree burglary, and was jailed.
