Sumter County Sheriff, Pete Smith, has just confirmed to the Times-Recorder that the fugitive, Christopher Yawn, who escaped recently from a correctional facility in Dodge County and was believed to be in the Sumter County area, was apprehended under a house in Sumter County this afternoon.
